REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME A COMMERCIAL ZONE MEMBER
Natural Person:
- Sworn Statement Format request
- Subscription invoice photocopy
- RUC photocopy
- DNI (ID) photocopy
- Original and present certificate of the Association (checked by the AJU)
- Copy of the original Rent Contract or document that certificates the ownership of the place.
- Working Licence photocopy
- Two up-to-date passport photos
- Simple map of the zone (location)
Legal Person:
- Sworn Statement Format request
- Subscription invoice photocopy
- Enterprise RUC photocopy
- General Manager´s DNI (ID) photocopy
- Original and present certificate of the Association
- Contract of Present Notarial Rent or document that certificates the ownership of the place
- Registry photocopy (updated) and Enterprise Constitution registered at Tacna’sRRPP (Public registries)
- Functioning License photocopy
- Two passport size photos
- Simple map of the zone
