The quality policies established in our entity, approved by the Quality Committee and sign signed by the General Manager, states as follows:
"ZOFRATACNA, Services Platform for the foreign trade, compromises to satisfy their customers requirements, according to the present legislation and to improve endlessly".

HOW DOES ZOFRATACNA PERFORM ITS QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM?
To perform the system, different multidisciplinary groups were created in order to design the necessary processes; to improve and measure them.
All the personnel got involved in to the process through a Sensitize Program, making different contributions and suggestions, that allowed the improvement of our Quality management system.
Besides, personnel have been trained in different implementation aspects of the ISO 9001:2000, such as the International ISO 9001:299 Norm, Internal Quality Auditors, Product Realize, Following and Measurement, Customer Requirements Determination, Disagreeing Product Control, Quality leaders Auditor. Management Indicators, and others.
What does ZOFRATACNA expect after receiving the ISO 9001:2000 ISO Certification?
Our institution started in the road of excellence, and this certification means the first step in this purpose.
The future challenges we are going to face are going to improve the Quality Management System, making it more efficient every day, to serve our costumers in a better way.
